Our client is looking for a scheduling administrator to join their small but growing team located in Derbyshire.
As a scheduling administrator, you’ll join a team of 2 and be responsible for scheduling and planning work for engineers based across the UK.
A typical week will include:-
- Allocating jobs (tickets) to available engineers depending on location and availability
- Updating clients on the status of repairs
- Overseeing incoming emails and calls and responding accordingly
- Planning future maintenance works
- Resolving any enquiries relating to repairs
To be considered for this role you will need to have:-
- Previous administration experience, ideally within operations, planning or scheduling
- An excellent telephone manner with the ability to liaise with different people
- The ability to multitask
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
The core hours for this role are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with 1 hour for lunch.
