Our client is an industry leader tjhat is passionate about constantly improving their business.  
Due to growth, our client is now looking to recruit a Warehouse Improvement Manager to join their team.     The main focus for this role will be to assist the Divisional Manager on projects that improve the warehouses existing systems and processes.
Responsibilities will include:-

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory control, order picking/packing, and overall warehouse efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline logistics and enhance communication channels within the warehouse and the wider business.
  • Create, implement and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented improvements.
  • Lead and support continuous improvement projects to drive operational excellence and cost-effectiveness.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and technological advancements to implement cutting-edge solutions.
For this role you will be experienced within a Warehouse environment and have demonstrable experience in improving and implementing processes.  
Knowledge of CI and lean would be beneficial. 
This role is Monday-Friday, 8.00-5.00.
