Job Description:

A well-established business based in Alfreton is seeking an experienced and detail-focused Accounts Administrator to join their finance team for a period of 10 months.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coding, checking, and registering invoices onto the internal system
  • Processing transactions
  • Planning and managing daily workload efficiently
  • Checking and reconciling supplier statements
  • Handling purchase ledger queries both internally and externally
  • Processing staff expenses in line with company policy

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, strong attention to detail, and good communication skills.

The standard hours of work are Monday-Thursday, 8-5 and Friday 8-3.30.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
