Role OverviewThe Internal Account Manager will take ownership of a portfolio of customer accounts, becoming the go-to contact for all enquiries, support, and ongoing relationship development. This is a role where enthusiasm, commercial awareness, and a passion for delivering exceptional service truly make a difference.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of customer accounts and ensuring they receive first-class service
- Acting as the main point of contact, building strong and trusted B2B relationships
- Creating accurate and compelling quotations tailored to customer needs
- Following up quotations to maximise opportunities and drive growth
- Proactively identifying ways to add value and strengthen client partnerships
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Keeping CRM records up to date and maintaining clear account visibility
The Ideal Candidate Will Bring:
- Previous experience in account management or B2B customer service
- A natural ability to build rapport and long-lasting client relationships
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- A proactive mindset and a genuine passion for delivering great customer experiences
This role is office based, Monday-Friday, 9-5.30pm. Benefits include a basic salary of circa £30,000 + a bonus scheme (OTE an additional £5,000 per annum).
