Internal Account Manager – Growing Tech Business | Anstey, Leicestershire | Office-Based | £Salary DOE

Our client, a fast-growing technology company based in Anstey, Leicestershire, is seeking an Internal Account Manager to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a small, dedicated team of three, where each member plays a key role in driving customer satisfaction and business growth.

In this B2B role, the Internal Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts, delivering a high standard of service and support. The successful candidate will be involved in:

  • Providing timely and accurate quotations to customers
  • Processing customer orders efficiently
  • Liaising with suppliers to arrange and confirm pricing
  • Conducting regular update calls with clients
  • Following up on outstanding quotations
  • Offering general customer support to maintain strong client relationships
The ideal candidate will be confident on the phone, have excellent attention to detail, and demonstrate a willingness to learn. Previous experience in account management, customer service, or sales is highly desirable.

This is a full-time, office-based position, working Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm. The role offers a great opportunity to join a collaborative and forward-thinking business at an exciting time of growth.
